Recently, in the mascots.json CP file appeared Elsa. Click here to see this CP file. Now take a deep breath. Click at the same time on your keyboard Ctrl and F. Type in the search field Elsa.

If you get the Add Mascots Cloud Penguin Plugin, you'll have a chance to add her, but she won't appear in the friends list.
